Fitness Classes

GROUP CLASSES: Currently teaching at various centres, message me for more info:

ONLINE CLASSES: 30min Conditioning classes that you can do from home or wherever/whenever you are and can! You will need a heavy bag or kettlebell, a mat, two dumbbells, and a chair/bench, depending on the class. Pay per class in advance, here, and you’ll be able to download the video and keep it for yourself forever, being able to do the class again anytime you wish. Contact me to send you the password and link you’ll need to access the video. As usual, any questions please ask me.
